Henderson Charter Bus & Party Bus Rentals
Planning a group trip in Henderson and not sure where to start? Partybushenderson.com makes it simple: fill out one quick form or call 775-200-7875 and compare party buses, charter buses, and minibuses from a network of transportation companies serving the Henderson area — all in under a minute, no account required.
The Right Henderson Party Bus Rental for Your Budget
Partybushenderson.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier. It doesn't own vehicles or provide the transportation itself. What it does is make finding the right bus for your Henderson trip genuinely fast: fill out the short form once, and you'll see vehicle options and pricing from transportation companies serving Henderson and the greater Las Vegas Valley without calling a dozen places and describing your trip over and over.
That's the whole point. Instead of spending an afternoon tracking down availability, you get options in seconds — different vehicle sizes, different price points, different amenity packages — all on one screen. Henderson groups heading to T-Mobile Arena for a concert, employees shuttling between Green Valley office parks, wedding parties moving between the Henderson Convention Center and a reception venue in Anthem — whatever the occasion, the network has vehicles for it.
Call 775-200-7875 any time, any day, for a free quote with no obligation. Or use the online tool right now and have pricing in about a minute.

Amenities Available for Your Henderson Bus Rental
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, flat-panel TVs, and a premium sound system with Bluetooth — exactly what a bachelorette group heading from Green Valley Ranch to the Strip needs for the ride over. Minibuses are the practical fit for corporate shuttles between the Henderson Executive Airport and a Green Valley office campus, with reclining seats and climate control suited to a business setting. For large groups making the run up I-515 toward Allegiant Stadium or across the valley to the Las Vegas Convention Center, a 56-passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage storage and onboard restrooms so nobody's asking for a pit stop on US-95.
Amenities vary by vehicle and company, and the quote tool lets you filter and compare what's available on your date.

Henderson Party Bus Pricing That Works for You
Henderson party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, how many hours you need, and how far out on the calendar your trip lands. To give you a planning baseline: a minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekends, while a 25-passenger party bus typically runs $275–$375 per hour on weekends. A full-size charter bus generally falls in the $200–$350 per hour range regardless of the day.
These are planning ranges — the number for your specific date, headcount, and itinerary will come from your actual quote.
The fastest way to get that number is to fill out the form on this page or call 775-200-7875. You'll have pricing for your trip in about a minute. Check the Henderson party bus prices page for a deeper breakdown by vehicle type.

A Better Way to Rent a Party Bus in Henderson
The alternative to using this site is calling transportation companies one at a time during business hours, explaining your trip from scratch each time, waiting on callbacks, and then trying to compare quotes that never use the same format. That's the old way. Partybushenderson.com replaces that with one form and a response in seconds — vehicle photos, sizes, pricing, and availability from companies already serving the Henderson area, all on one page.
Because it's a comparison website and not a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available on your date. Need a sleek Sprinter limo for a quinceañera pickup in Seven Hills? A 40-passenger party bus for a Raiders watch party that starts in Henderson and ends at Allegiant Stadium?
A fleet of minibuses for an employee appreciation event at Lee's Family Forum? The network has options across all of those categories, and the form surfaces them instantly. Call 775-200-7875 any time — there's no obligation to book, and the quote is always free.
Group Transportation Services in Henderson
From airport pickups at Harry Reid International to prom nights in Green Valley, Henderson groups use Partybushenderson.com for every kind of group transportation. Below are the most common occasions — click through to the service page that matches your trip, or call 775-200-7875 and a support team will help you figure out the right vehicle and package.

Henderson Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) (5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119) sits about 12 miles northwest of downtown Henderson via I-215 West — roughly 20–30 minutes without traffic, and considerably longer during the afternoon rush on a Friday when the I-215/I-15 interchange backs up heading into the Strip corridor. For groups flying in from out of town for a Henderson wedding, a corporate event, or a resort weekend at Green Valley Ranch, coordinating individual rideshares across multiple flights is the part of the itinerary that tends to fall apart first.
A Henderson airport shuttle bus fixes that by staging near the terminal until the full group has cleared baggage claim, then running a direct transfer to your Henderson hotel or venue — no surge pricing, no splitting into four separate cars, no one waiting on the curb alone. The full guide to bus pickups at Harry Reid International walks through the commercial vehicle staging areas and pickup procedures. Call 775-200-7875 to get airport transfer pricing for your group's arrival date.

Henderson Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Henderson is one of the best launch points for a Las Vegas bachelorette weekend — close enough to the Strip for a 20-minute run up I-215, far enough from the tourist corridor that the hotel rates are sane. The typical Henderson bachelorette itinerary starts with a spa afternoon at Green Valley Ranch or Sunset Station, then moves toward Fremont Street, the Park on Las Vegas Boulevard, or the clubs along the Strip. Getting back at 3am from a venue on Koval Lane when rideshare surge pricing is running $60 a seat — that's the part nobody plans for.
A Henderson bachelorette party bus keeps the group together from the first stop to the last call, with the LED lighting and sound system already built in for the ride over. The itinerary runs on your schedule, not a rideshare app's. For groups of 15–30, a party bus is typically the right fit; bigger groups can size up from there.
Call 775-200-7875 to check what's available on your weekend.

Henderson Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Henderson has one of the fastest-growing Latino communities in Nevada, and the quinceañera market here is significant — with reception venues like the Henderson Convention Center and several banquet halls in the Green Valley and Anthem corridors hosting large celebrations on weekend nights. A party bus arrival is the entrance — pulling up in a lit-up, music-thumping vehicle that the whole family watches from the curb before the reception doors even open.
For Sweet 16s and milestone birthday nights, a Henderson birthday party bus rental keeps the group together across multiple stops — dinner, a photo stop at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign, a club or lounge on the Strip — without anyone worrying about who's getting everyone home. Party buses in the 15–25 passenger range work well for tighter friend groups; larger family celebrations can size up. Call 775-200-7875 for availability and a quick price quote.

Henderson Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Henderson residents heading to major shows typically face two routes: US-95 North toward the Strip corridor, or I-215 West connecting to I-15. Both get ugly on concert nights. T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) sits inside the Park entertainment district with essentially zero dedicated parking for regular attendees — the closest structures on Frank Sinatra Drive and around the MGM Grand fill early and charge a premium on event nights.
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) has its own designated lot system, but the post-show exit on Dean Martin Drive can stack traffic for over an hour.
A Henderson concert bus rental sidesteps the parking math entirely. The group loads up in Henderson, the bus handles US-95 or I-215, and your group walks off at the venue entrance instead of circling a garage. The T-Mobile Arena group transportation guide and the Allegiant Stadium bus guide both cover exactly where buses stage and drop off.
Call 775-200-7875 for concert night availability and pricing.

Henderson Corporate Event Transportation
Henderson's corporate landscape is concentrated in the Green Valley and Gibson Road corridors, with major employers including Barclays, DirecTV, and Amazon distribution operations spread across the 89014 and 89002 zip codes. When a company hosts an off-site event, a vendor summit at the Henderson Convention Center (200 S Water St, Henderson, NV 89015), or a team outing at the Green Valley Ranch Resort, asking 40 employees to find their own way there and back creates a coordination problem — and a liability one.
A Henderson corporate charter bus or minibus handles that loop cleanly. A 15–35 passenger minibus works well for single-office groups; a charter bus scales to multi-department events. For Henderson Executive Airport (HND) transfers — the airport at 3500 Executive Terminal Dr serves private and charter aviation serving the valley — a Sprinter van or small minibus keeps executive arrivals on schedule without the Reid International traffic.
Call 775-200-7875 to talk through contract shuttle options and group rates.

Henderson Private Event Transportation Services
Henderson hosts several events each year that turn surface streets and parking into genuine problems. Henderson's citywide Fourth of July celebration draws tens of thousands to the Water Street District and Pavilion area, where parking along Water Street and Basic Road fills by late afternoon and the post-fireworks exit on US-93 South backs up for miles. Henderson Silver Knights game nights at Lee's Family Forum (200 S Green Valley Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89012) and recurring outdoor events at Green Valley Ranch's amphitheater grounds follow the same pattern — the venue is easy to get into early and a nightmare to leave after.
A Henderson private event charter bus stages outside while your group enjoys the event, then loads and rolls before the worst of the exit traffic builds. For family reunions, church retreats, or multi-stop group outings across the Henderson–Las Vegas metro, a charter bus keeps everyone on the same schedule without juggling a convoy of personal vehicles. Call 775-200-7875 to get pricing for your event date.

Henderson Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Henderson is home to several large public high schools — Basic Academy of International Studies, Green Valley High School, Liberty High School, and Coronado High School all draw prom groups that typically rent party buses for the full evening. The prom window in Henderson runs late April through mid-May, and it overlaps with Las Vegas's busy spring event calendar — the same weeks when Formula 1 afterparties, large conventions at the LVCC, and end-of-season Raiders events are also pulling on the same pool of vehicles.
For prom: book by January. Waiting until March or April means paying a significant premium or finding the vehicle you wanted is already gone. A Henderson prom party bus for a group of 20–25 students running a 5–6 hour evening will typically price between $1,375 and $2,250 depending on the vehicle and the date — but that number climbs fast as the calendar fills.
Call 775-200-7875 now to lock in your date.

Henderson School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips out of Henderson cover a wide range — the Clark County Museum (1830 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89002) is a frequent destination for local history curricula, the Discovery Children's Museum (360 Promenade Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106) is a half-day excursion up US-95, and longer drives to the Nevada State Museum in Las Vegas or out toward Valley of Fire State Park require vehicles with enough storage for gear and enough seats for a full classroom group.
A Henderson school field trip bus handles all of that without the logistics nightmare of parent carpool sign-ups or yellow bus scheduling conflicts. Charter buses seating 40–56 passengers work for full-grade excursions; a minibus is the right size for a single class. ADA-accessible vehicles are available in the network — mention it when you request your quote.
Onboard PA systems make it easy for teachers to address the group en route. Call 775-200-7875 to check availability for your trip date.

Henderson Sporting Event Transportation
Henderson is the home base for a surprising number of Las Vegas sports fans — the city sits 10–15 miles from Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) via I-215 West and I-15 North, and the post-game exit on Dean Martin Drive is a genuine bottleneck. The Raiders lot system at Allegiant requires advance purchase, and the Dean Martin/I-15 interchange can hold traffic for 45–60 minutes after a sold-out game. For Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena, the Park MGM and Aria parking structures nearby hit capacity hours before puck drop on playoff nights.
A Henderson sporting event bus rental keeps your group together from the tailgate to the final buzzer — and the ride home is already sorted while everyone else is still hunting for their car in Lot F. The Las Vegas Ballpark guide covers Aviators games in Summerlin for groups making the cross-valley run. For Henderson groups watching the Vegas Golden Knights, Raiders, or Las Vegas Aces, call 775-200-7875 to get game-day pricing.

Henderson Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Henderson has quietly become one of the most active wedding markets in the Southwest. Venues like Reflection Bay Golf Club (75 Monte Lago Blvd, Henderson, NV 89011) on Lake Las Vegas, the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, and the reception spaces inside Green Valley Ranch Resort (2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052) all draw destination wedding groups whose guests are staying at Strip hotels 15–25 minutes away. That drive on NV-564 and Lake Las Vegas Pkwy on a Saturday evening — unfamiliar roads, no rideshare availability in a resort-only corridor — is exactly where the transportation plan breaks down if you haven't arranged it in advance.
A Henderson wedding shuttle bus runs a timed loop between the hotel block and the venue, so guests aren't stranded and the timeline stays tight. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo works beautifully for the bridal party on the day itself. For larger guest counts spread across multiple Strip hotels, a 40-passenger charter bus on a single shuttle loop is often more efficient than a fleet of minibuses.
Call 775-200-7875 to talk through what your guest count and venue layout actually need.

Henderson Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Henderson and Boulder City corridor has developed a real craft beverage scene over the past several years. Wine on Water Street (150 S Water St, Henderson, NV 89015), Mojave Brewing (107 S Water St, Henderson, NV 89015), and Lovelady Brewing Company (20 S Water St, Henderson, NV 89015) are all within a compact stretch of Henderson's Water Street District — close enough that a pub crawl covering three or four stops in one afternoon is genuinely doable without anyone logging serious miles.
The problem with driving that loop is obvious. A Henderson brewery tour bus rental keeps the group together between stops and means nobody's doing mental math about who's had two glasses and who hasn't. A 15–20 passenger party bus is the right fit for a friend group; a minibus works if the group wants a lower-key ride between stops.
Extend the route into downtown Las Vegas's Fremont East bar district or over to the Strip if the night calls for it. Call 775-200-7875 for pricing on your crawl date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Henderson Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybushenderson.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Henderson, Nevada?
Henderson party bus rental prices depend on the vehicle size, the day, and how many hours you need. Weekend hourly rates generally run from $200–$275 for a minibus up to $325–$500 for a 40- or 50-passenger party bus. A full-size charter bus typically runs $200–$350 per hour.
These are planning ranges — pricing for your specific date, headcount, and itinerary comes from your actual quote. Call 775-200-7875 or use the online tool and you'll have pricing in about a minute. The Henderson party bus prices page has a full breakdown by vehicle type.
What is Partybushenderson.com?
Partybushenderson.com is a quote-comparison and referral website. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. It's a tool that makes it easy to compare party buses, charter buses, and minibuses from transportation companies serving the Henderson and Las Vegas Valley area — all in one place, in about a minute, without calling around.
The network includes vehicles ranging from Sprinter limos to 56-passenger charter buses.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
A party bus is built for social travel — perimeter seating along the walls, LED lighting, a bar area, TVs, and a sound system. It's the right vehicle when the ride is part of the experience, like a bachelorette night or a birthday crawl through Henderson's brewery district. A charter bus is configured more like a traditional motorcoach: forward-facing reclining seats, overhead storage, undercarriage bays, and onboard restrooms.
It's the better fit for longer runs — shuttling employees up to the Las Vegas Convention Center, transporting a school group to Valley of Fire, or moving a large wedding guest count between the Strip and a Lake Las Vegas venue. Both are available through the network; the form will show you what's available in your size range.
Can I book a one-way trip, or does it have to be round-trip?
One-way trips, round-trips, and multi-stop itineraries are all available through the network. If you need a one-way airport transfer from Harry Reid International to a Green Valley hotel, that's bookable. If your wedding shuttle runs a loop all evening between the Henderson Convention Center and a hotel block on the Strip, that's handled too.
When you call 775-200-7875 or fill out the form, just describe what your itinerary looks like and the support team will match you with a package that fits.
How many people fit on each type of bus?
The network's vehicle range covers most group sizes: Sprinter vans and limos seat up to 14 passengers, party buses run from 15 to 50 passengers depending on the model, minibuses seat 15–35, and full-size charter buses accommodate 40–56. For groups larger than 56, multiple vehicles can be coordinated through the same quote request. If you're not sure which size fits your headcount, call 775-200-7875 — the support team can match you quickly based on your group size and how much luggage or gear you're moving.
Do buses go to Las Vegas Strip venues from Henderson?
Yes — Strip runs from Henderson are one of the most common trip types in the network. The drive from Green Valley or Anthem to the Park entertainment district at T-Mobile Arena is about 15–20 minutes on I-215 West without traffic, and considerably longer during a Friday evening rush or a major event weekend. Buses in the network make that run regularly for concert nights, sporting events, bachelorette parties, and casino evenings.
The bus drops your group at the venue or resort entrance and picks everyone up at an agreed time, so nobody's navigating the Strip on foot at midnight looking for a parking structure. Call 775-200-7875 for Strip transfer pricing.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Henderson trips — a birthday night, a brewery crawl, a corporate event — booking 4–6 weeks out gives you a solid selection of vehicles and competitive pricing. For high-demand dates, the window is shorter than most people expect. Prom season (late April through mid-May) books out fast across the entire Las Vegas Valley; book by January for any prom date or expect to pay a significant premium for whatever's left.
New Year's Eve, Formula 1 weekend (typically mid-November), and NFL playoff dates at Allegiant Stadium follow the same pattern — vehicles across the network get reserved months early for those weekends. The earlier you call 775-200-7875, the better your options on price and vehicle choice.
Popular Henderson Party Bus Destinations
Henderson groups travel all across the valley — to the Strip, out to Lake Las Vegas, and across southern Nevada. The destinations below are some of the most frequent stops for bus rentals originating in Henderson. Your spot doesn't have to be on this list — the network covers any location in the area.

Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino
Green Valley Ranch Resort & Casino (2300 Paseo Verde Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89052) is Henderson's anchor entertainment destination — a full casino resort with the Feast Buffet, the Whiskey Bar, an 8-screen multiplex, and an outdoor amphitheater that hosts outdoor concerts and movie series events through the summer months. The resort sits at the intersection of Green Valley Pkwy and Paseo Verde, with surface parking that fills fast on Friday and Saturday nights when live events are running. The full Green Valley Ranch bus guide covers drop-off logistics and parking details.
For parties staying nearby, a minibus or party bus makes the pickup loop between the casino, hotel rooms, and a Strip destination without anyone losing a car in the parking structure. Phone: (702) 617-7777.

Allegiant Stadium
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) is about 13 miles from central Henderson via I-215 West and I-15 North — roughly 20 minutes in non-event traffic, 45–60 minutes on a Raiders game night when Dean Martin Drive and the I-15 interchange stack up. The stadium's general parking lots require advance purchase; day-of lot availability is limited and expensive. Post-game, the Dean Martin/Hacienda corridor is the single worst exit point in the valley on sold-out nights.
Henderson Raiders fans who board a party bus in their neighborhood skip the lot scramble entirely — the bus drops the group at the designated commercial vehicle zone and picks everyone up on a pre-arranged timeline. The Allegiant Stadium bus guide covers approach routes and staging details. Phone: 1-800-RAIDERS.

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) anchors the Park entertainment district between New York-New York and the Park MGM, about 15 miles from Henderson via I-215 West. There is no dedicated parking structure attached to the arena — attendees use Aria, MGM Grand, and Park MGM structures, all of which charge event-night rates and can require a 10–15 minute walk. On Golden Knights playoff nights and major concert sellouts, rideshare pickup on Frank Sinatra Drive backs up significantly.
A Henderson charter bus or party bus drops your group steps from the arena entry and handles the return without anyone fighting the post-show rideshare queue. The T-Mobile Arena bus guide covers commercial drop-off zones. Phone: (702) 692-1616.

Sunset Station Hotel & Casino
Sunset Station (1301 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014) is one of Henderson's most active entertainment venues — a full casino hotel with the Sunset Amphitheater (capacity around 2,600 for outdoor concerts), The Railhead live music club, a 13-screen movie theater, and regular boxing and MMA events at the Station Events Center. Amphitheater concert nights fill the surface lots off Stephanie Street and Sunset Road, and the post-show exit onto I-515 South can back up for 20–30 minutes. The Sunset Station bus rental guide covers where buses stage for drop-off and pickup on event nights.
For groups coming from multiple Henderson neighborhoods — Anthem, Seven Hills, Green Valley — a party bus doing a pickup loop is more efficient than meeting in the parking lot. Phone: (702) 547-7777.

Lake Las Vegas
Lake Las Vegas (Lake Las Vegas Pkwy, Henderson, NV 89011) is a 320-acre private lake resort community about 17 miles from central Henderson via I-515 South and NV-564. The resort corridor includes the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa, Reflection Bay Golf Club (75 Monte Lago Blvd), and the MonteLago Village retail and dining strip along the waterfront. It's one of the premier Henderson wedding reception areas — and it's also one of the most logistically isolated, with a single access road (Lake Las Vegas Pkwy) that creates a significant bottleneck after evening events.
Rideshare availability in the Lake Las Vegas corridor is genuinely limited after 10pm. A dedicated wedding shuttle bus or private charter running loops between the venue and hotel blocks on the Strip eliminates the stranded-guest problem entirely. Westin Lake Las Vegas Phone: (702) 567-6000.

The Sphere
Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) opened in 2023 as the largest spherical structure on earth — a 17,600-seat immersive venue sitting just east of the Venetian on Sands Avenue, about 14 miles from central Henderson via I-215 West and I-15 North. Sphere has no dedicated public parking structure; the official guidance directs guests to the Venetian and Palazzo self-parking garages off Koval Lane, or to use rideshare drop-off on Sands Avenue. On sold-out nights, the Koval Lane approach backs up well before showtime and the rideshare queue post-show on Sands Avenue is long.
The Sphere bus rental guide covers commercial vehicle staging and drop-off specifics. For Henderson groups making the trip to a residency show, a charter bus or party bus handles the run cleanly and stages while you're inside. Phone: (725) 258-0001.
