Your Sunrise Manor Party Bus Rental Search Ends Here
Partybushenderson.com is not a bus company. It doesn't own vehicles, doesn't operate routes, and doesn't take reservations on behalf of a single carrier. What it does is something far more useful: it's a quote-comparison website that lets you enter your trip details once and instantly see vehicles and rates from multiple transportation providers serving Sunrise Manor and the surrounding Las Vegas Valley.
Instead of calling company after company, explaining your headcount and itinerary from scratch each time, and then waiting days for quotes that never quite line up side by side — you come here, fill out one quick form, and compare your options in seconds.
That's the whole point. Groups heading to Allegiant Stadium for a Raiders game, families coordinating a quinceañera shuttle across the east side of the valley, corporate teams moving between Henderson Executive Airport and the Strip — Partybushenderson.com helps all of them find the right vehicle at the right price without the runaround. Call 775-200-7875 any time, any day, for a free quote with no obligation.

Popular Sunrise Manor Bus Amenities Available
Not every Sunrise Manor group trip calls for the same vehicle — and the network reflects that. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes equipped with a built-in bar area, color-changing LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating. A minibus covers shorter corporate hops or wedding guest shuttles with climate control and plush reclining seats.
For multi-day trips to the Grand Canyon's South Rim or a full convention shuttle circuit between properties on the Strip, a 56-passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, overhead storage, WiFi, and individual power outlets — the setup that makes a four-hour ride to Page, Arizona genuinely comfortable rather than something to survive.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider. The online quote tool shows you exactly what each option includes so you're comparing apples to apples before you commit. Call 775-200-7875 to talk through the details with a real person!

Sunrise Manor Party Bus Pricing
Party bus rental prices in Sunrise Manor vary with vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need — but here are real planning ranges so you can budget before you call. A minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375 per hour on a Friday or Saturday night.
A full-size charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour any day of the week. New Year's Eve weekend and major Raiders home dates at Allegiant Stadium are the two windows when demand spikes hardest across the valley — rates climb and availability gets thin fast.
These are planning ranges, not a locked quote. The actual number for your specific date, headcount, and itinerary can move. The fast way to get your real number: fill out the form on this page or call 775-200-7875 — you'll have pricing in under a minute.

The Easy Way to Compare Sunrise Manor Party Bus Rentals
Here's the simple version: you're not limited to one fleet. Because Partybushenderson.com is a comparison website — not a single bus company — the options you see come from multiple providers serving Sunrise Manor and the greater Las Vegas Valley. That means more vehicle types, more price points, and more availability on the dates that matter to you.
Booking group transportation the old way means calling a company, finding out they don't have a 30-passenger bus available on your date, then calling another, describing your trip all over again, and repeating that three or four times before you land on something workable. That's the process this site replaces. You enter your trip once — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and the results come to you.
Compare pictures, amenities, and rates side by side and find what fits.
And if you'd rather talk it through first, a support team is available every day of the year at 775-200-7875 to walk through the options, help you think through timing, and put together a package that fits your group. No obligation, no account required. Sunrise Manor groups heading everywhere from the Sphere on Las Vegas Boulevard to the trailheads at Lake Mead find the right bus here — and so can yours.
Party Bus Services in Sunrise Manor

Sunrise Manor Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) (5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119) sits roughly 15 miles west of Sunrise Manor via I-515 and US-95 — a corridor that backs up hard on Sunday afternoons when departures peak and construction near the I-215 interchange squeezes lanes. For a group of 20 flying in from different gates, coordinating individual rideshares means staggered arrivals, separate pickups, and no guarantee everyone reaches the same hotel at the same time. A minibus or charter bus from the network ends that problem: the group assembles at baggage claim, one vehicle handles everyone, and no one is waiting in a cell phone lot or splitting a surge-priced rideshare.
Commercial bus pickup at Reid International uses the lower level roadway on the arrivals deck — get your full group together with luggage before the vehicle moves to the curb, because the airport enforces time limits on commercial loading strictly. Review the airport shuttle guide and check the official ground transportation page for current commercial vehicle lane assignments before your pickup date. Call 775-200-7875 to set up your Sunrise Manor airport shuttle today!

Sunrise Manor Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Sunrise Manor bachelorette groups have one of the great advantages in American nightlife geography: the Strip is 15 minutes west, Fremont Street is 20 minutes northwest, and neither requires a car. The challenge is that a group of 16 trying to hit Vegas Indoor Skydiving on the Strip, then dinner at a Fremont Street spot, then a late-night club finish near the Boulevard — all in a single evening — generates a taxi and rideshare bill that can easily outpace what a party bus rental would have cost in the first place.
A 15- to 25-passenger party bus from the network keeps the entire group together from first stop to last, eliminates the "who's calling the rideshares" conversation entirely, and means no one gets separated between venues at midnight on a Saturday. The LED lighting and sound system mean the party is already running before the first destination. Explore bachelorette bus options or call 775-200-7875 to compare vehicles for your date!

Sunrise Manor Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Las Vegas and the surrounding valley host some of the most elaborate quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations in the Southwest — big family guest lists, multi-venue itineraries, and venues that range from east Henderson banquet halls to resort ballrooms on the Strip. A 20- to 40-passenger party bus is the natural fit: it handles the photo-stop tour before the reception, keeps the birthday honoree's closest friends together for every moment of it, and arrives at the venue as an entrance rather than just transportation.
For milestone adult birthdays building an itinerary around Fremont Street Experience, a dinner reservation on the Strip, and a late stop at a lounge near Downtown Las Vegas, the same logic applies — nobody has to worry about navigating or finding parking at four separate locations. Check birthday party bus options for Sunrise Manor and the east valley, or call 775-200-7875 for a quick quote with no obligation!

Sunrise Manor Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Sunrise Manor sits on the east side of the Las Vegas Valley, and most of the major concert venues — Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169), T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158), and the Allegiant Stadium concert configuration — all pull your group onto the I-515 and US-95 interchange during some of the valley's worst post-event traffic. Sphere shows in particular push thousands of guests onto Sands Avenue and Koval Lane simultaneously, and rideshare surge pricing on a sold-out Saturday night can run 3–4x base rates by the time the show ends.
A Sunrise Manor concert bus rental from the network changes the math entirely. The group rides together, the bus handles the post-show route while everyone else floods the rideshare queue, and there's no scramble for a pickup spot on a dark side street. For stadium-level shows at Allegiant, use the Henderson concert transportation page to explore options and call 775-200-7875 to lock in your date before inventory tightens!

Sunrise Manor Corporate Event Transportation
Corporate groups shuttling between Sunrise Manor and the Strip — or between Henderson Executive Airport (HND) and a conference property on the resort corridor — deal with two variables that kill schedules: the I-215 Beltway interchange near Sunset Road, which backs up during evening drive, and Strip-adjacent parking that can top $25–$40 per vehicle per day at major resort properties. For an executive group of 12 flying into Henderson Executive and heading to a meeting at a Strip hotel, a Sprinter van or 14-passenger Sprinter limo covers that transfer cleanly without the parking cost or the navigation stress of an unfamiliar one-way grid.
For larger convention shuttles — say, a company bringing 80 employees to a multi-day event at the Las Vegas Convention Center — a charter bus circuit keeps the headcount manageable, the schedule predictable, and the parking cost at zero. Call 775-200-7875 to discuss Henderson-area corporate shuttle packages and fleet options for your next event!

Sunrise Manor Private Event Transportation Services
Private group events in Sunrise Manor run the full range — family reunions staging out of a Nellis Boulevard park, church retreats heading to Mount Charleston, multi-family group outings to the Valley of Fire, company holiday parties shuttling between an east valley restaurant and a Strip casino. What they have in common is that they put a lot of people in a lot of cars, and coordinating that caravan across a valley where US-95 and I-515 can back up on a Friday afternoon at 4:30 PM turns a celebration into a logistics headache.
A single charter bus or a two-bus fleet for a larger group eliminates the caravan problem entirely — everyone departs at once, everyone arrives together, and no one is texting the group chat asking where to park. For Valley of Fire outings specifically, the entrance road off I-15 offers very limited bus parking near the visitor center, so advance coordination with the park and booking well ahead of your date is worth doing. Call 775-200-7875 or explore private event transportation options for the Sunrise Manor area!

Sunrise Manor Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Clark County high schools — including those serving the Sunrise Manor area — hold proms across a compressed late-April and May window that creates the single highest-demand period for party bus rentals in the entire Las Vegas Valley. Every school in the district hits that window within about five weeks, inventory gets absorbed fast, and rates on premium buses climb as availability narrows. For prom: book by January.
That's not a suggestion — it's the difference between the party bus your group actually wants and whatever's left in March.
A 15- to 30-passenger party bus is the standard pick for a prom group, with LED lighting and a sound system that make the ride part of the evening rather than just a transfer. Homecoming groups running an earlier-evening itinerary often find a minibus works just as well at a lower hourly rate. Explore prom and homecoming bus options and call 775-200-7875 to lock in your date before the spring rush hits!

Sunrise Manor School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and trip coordinators in Sunrise Manor deal with a planning reality that makes school field trip logistics genuinely complicated: many of the area's top educational destinations — the Las Vegas Natural History Museum (900 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101), the Discovery Children's Museum (360 Promenade Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106), and the UNLV campus (4505 S Maryland Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89154) — sit in or near downtown Las Vegas, where school bus parking requires advance coordination and street access isn't always straightforward. A charter bus from the network handles the larger group size that yellow school buses can't always accommodate, adds overhead bins for backpacks and gear, and — on longer runs toward Lake Mead or the Springs Preserve — onboard restrooms on select vehicles cut the pit stop count significantly.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when you request a quote. Call 775-200-7875 or check school event transportation options to get started!

Sunrise Manor Sporting Event Transportation
Sunrise Manor fans heading to Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) for a Raiders game face a very specific post-game problem: the stadium's location near the I-15 and Russell Road interchange means that every exit route — Russell Road west, Hacienda Avenue east, I-15 both directions — stacks up within 20 minutes of the final whistle. Rideshare pickup is concentrated in designated lots well away from the stadium gates, and the walk from those zones to curbside is substantial after a three-hour game. A charter bus or 40-passenger party bus from the network drops your group at the stadium perimeter and has a return plan already in place — no one is hiking across a crowded lot at 11 PM trying to hail a car.
For Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd), the Strip-adjacent location means parking garages nearby run $20–$40 and fill early on playoff nights. A bus rental bypasses the garage entirely and drops the group on the Boulevard. Use the sporting event transportation page to explore options, or call 775-200-7875 to build your game-day plan!

Sunrise Manor Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Wedding transportation in Sunrise Manor and the east Las Vegas Valley comes with one challenge that catches couples off guard until they're deep into the planning: the geographic spread. Ceremony venues in Henderson, reception halls near Nellis Boulevard, hotel room blocks on the Strip, and a late-night sendoff at a downtown lounge can easily span 25 miles of Clark County — and guests navigating an unfamiliar valley grid on a Saturday night, after a full evening of celebrating, is a recipe for late arrivals and frustrated texts at every transition.
A minibus or charter bus shuttle circuit solves the spread. Guests at the hotel block board once, arrive at the ceremony together, and get back safely at the end of the night — with no one stuck waiting for a rideshare at 1 AM outside a venue that's already dark. For the bridal party, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the pre-ceremony photo circuit in style.
Explore Sunrise Manor wedding transportation options or call 775-200-7875 to plan the shuttle circuit around your venue layout!

Sunrise Manor Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Las Vegas Valley's craft brewery scene has grown fast, and a Sunrise Manor pub crawl can easily build an afternoon that covers Grape Expectations Winery in Henderson, a stop at Able Baker Brewing or CraftHaus Brewery in the southwest valley, and a finish somewhere on Fremont Street — all without anyone pulling designated-driver straws or trying to figure out parking at four different spots on a Saturday. That's a 30-plus-mile circuit across a city where a single wrong turn off I-515 adds 20 minutes.
A party bus or minibus from the network handles the routing, keeps the group together at every pour, and means the evening ends at Sunrise Manor — not at a rideshare surge screen. For groups hitting the distillery and winery trail that runs through Henderson toward Boulder City, a 15- to 25-passenger party bus is typically the right fit. Check out winery tour and pub crawl transportation options and call 775-200-7875 to put together your itinerary!

How much does a party bus cost in Sunrise Manor?
Sunrise Manor party bus prices vary with vehicle size, the date, and the length of your rental. As a planning reference: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375 per hour on a Friday or Saturday night; a 50-passenger party bus runs $325–$500 per hour on weekends; and a charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour across weekdays and weekends. These are ranges, not guarantees — your real number depends on your specific date and itinerary.
Fill out the form or call 775-200-7875 to get actual pricing for your trip in about a minute.
When is the hardest time to find a party bus in the Las Vegas Valley?
Three windows hit hardest: New Year's Eve weekend (inventory books out months in advance across the entire valley), prom season in Clark County (late April through May, when dozens of high schools compete for the same vehicles in a five-week window), and major Raiders home games at Allegiant Stadium combined with sold-out Sphere residencies — those weekends see simultaneous demand spikes from sports fans, concert groups, and regular nightlife bookings. If your date falls in any of these windows, booking three to six months out is the safe move. Waiting until three weeks before New Year's Eve to find a 30-passenger party bus is a genuinely difficult position to be in.
Where do buses drop off at Allegiant Stadium?
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) has a commercial vehicle drop-off area near the stadium perimeter, but specific lot assignments and approach routes vary by event and can change with road closure schedules. The stadium sits just off I-15 near the Russell Road interchange, and NW approach streets around Polaris Avenue and Hacienda Avenue typically handle bus traffic. Check the official Allegiant Stadium parking and directions page before your event date to confirm current commercial vehicle guidance.
Booking a bus through the network means the routing question is handled — your group arrives at the gate rather than at a lot a half-mile away.
Can a charter bus get to Valley of Fire State Park from Sunrise Manor?
Valley of Fire State Park (29450 Valley of Fire Hwy, Overton, NV 89040) is approximately 55 miles northeast of Sunrise Manor — about an hour via I-15 North to exit 75. The park entrance road and the visitor center parking area can accommodate charter buses, but the road network inside the park is not designed for large commercial vehicles on all routes. Groups larger than a single minibus should call the park directly at (702) 397-2088 to confirm current bus access and parking before the visit.
Round-trip mileage from Sunrise Manor runs roughly 110 miles, which factors into your daily charter bus rate — confirm that with your quote.
Does a party bus rental in Sunrise Manor include parking at Strip venues?
No — parking costs at Strip resorts and venues are separate from bus rental rates and are paid to the venue or garage directly. Most Strip resort self-parking lots charge $10–$25 per vehicle depending on the property, and many charge for what used to be complimentary parking. A bus doesn't park in a resort garage — it drops your group at the venue entrance and stages nearby or returns at a pre-arranged pickup time.
That staging arrangement is something to discuss when you book, particularly for late-night Strip pickups where curbside access shifts after midnight.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Sunrise Manor?
For most events outside peak periods, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you call, the better your vehicle selection and the more room there is to negotiate on timing and package details. For New Year's Eve, book by October at the latest. For Clark County prom season, book by January.
For major Raiders home dates or sold-out Sphere shows, book the same week your tickets are confirmed. The Las Vegas Valley is a high-demand transportation market year-round, and the vehicles your group actually wants go first. Call 775-200-7875 right now to check availability for your date!
Popular Sunrise Manor Party Bus Destinations
Sunrise Manor groups travel to venues and destinations across the entire Las Vegas Valley and beyond — here are six of the most popular stops, with the logistics detail that actually matters when you're moving a group. Call 775-200-7875 to build an itinerary around any of them!

Allegiant Stadium
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Las Vegas, NV 89118) is a 65,000-seat domed venue and home of the Las Vegas Raiders, opened in 2020. It also hosts major concerts and UFC events. The stadium sits just west of I-15 near the Russell Road interchange — roughly 20 miles from Sunrise Manor via I-515 West to I-15 South.
Post-event, every exit corridor congests simultaneously, and rideshare pickup zones fill with thousands of fans. Self-parking lots book out in advance and run $40–$50 per event. A charter bus or party bus rental drops your group at the stadium approach and has a return plan already set, skipping the lot-to-gate walk and the post-game rideshare scramble entirely.
Check the Allegiant Stadium bus rental guide for the full logistics breakdown.

Sphere
Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89169) opened in September 2023 as a 17,600-capacity immersive entertainment venue on the east side of the Strip, directly behind the Venetian Resort. It is the largest spherical structure in the world and the highest-resolution LED display ever built. Parking near Sphere is essentially the Venetian and Palazzo garage — $20–$30 per event — and post-show, Sands Avenue and Koval Lane back up immediately as thousands of guests exit simultaneously.
Rideshare surge pricing on sold-out nights routinely doubles or triples within the first 30 minutes after a show. A party bus from Sunrise Manor drops the group on Sands Avenue, stages nearby, and picks up at a pre-set window — no surge, no scramble. Read the full Sphere bus rental guide for drop-off and staging specifics.

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158) is an 18,000-seat arena on the Strip, home to the Vegas Golden Knights and a year-round concert venue. It sits in the middle of the Strip's most congested block — between New York-New York and Park MGM — with no dedicated arena parking. Groups driving themselves pay $20–$40 at the nearest resort garages and still walk several blocks.
A minibus or charter bus from Sunrise Manor drops the group at the Park Avenue pedestrian access on the east side of the arena, steps from the main entrance, and picks up at the same point when the event ends. That's a substantially different experience than hunting for a car in a casino garage after a Golden Knights overtime game. See the T-Mobile Arena transportation guide for more detail.

Las Vegas Natural History Museum
Las Vegas Natural History Museum (900 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV 89101) is one of the most visited educational destinations in Clark County, featuring permanent dinosaur galleries, a living shark exhibit, and rotating natural history collections. It's located on Las Vegas Boulevard North near downtown — about 18 miles from Sunrise Manor via I-515 West. The museum is a popular field trip destination for Clark County school groups, and the surrounding Las Vegas Boulevard North corridor has limited large-vehicle parking without advance coordination.
A charter bus handles the full group in one vehicle, avoids the multi-car caravan across downtown Las Vegas, and positions the group at the museum entrance rather than in a lot several blocks away. Admission runs $15 for adults and $10 for children; group rates are available by calling the museum directly at (702) 384-3466.

Lake Mead National Recreation Area
Lake Mead National Recreation Area (601 Nevada Way, Boulder City, NV 89005) is the largest reservoir in the United States by volume and one of the most accessible national recreation areas from the Las Vegas Valley — about 25 miles southeast of Sunrise Manor via US-93 South through Boulder City. The Alan Bible Visitor Center near Boulder Beach is the standard group staging point, and the park's entrance fee is $25 per vehicle — a cost that a single charter bus converts from 10 or 12 separate $25 charges into one. Bus parking is available near the visitor center and at Boulder Beach, though larger vehicles should confirm current access with the park at (702) 293-8990 before the visit.
For summer day trips, the ride to Lake Mead is also a significantly more comfortable way to move a large group through July heat than a car caravan.

Fremont Street Experience
Fremont Street Experience (425 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101) is a 1,500-foot pedestrian canopy covering six blocks of downtown Las Vegas, featuring free nightly LED light shows, outdoor stages, and a zip line over the crowd. It draws millions of visitors annually and is one of the most popular nightlife destinations for groups who want an alternative to the Strip. Fremont Street itself is a pedestrian mall — vehicles don't drive on it — so bus drop-off happens on 3rd Street or Casino Center Drive at the canopy's entrance points.
Downtown parking garages near the D Las Vegas and Golden Nugget are available but fill fast on Friday and Saturday nights. A party bus from Sunrise Manor drops the group at the Fremont Street entrance and picks up at the same point at the end of the evening, eliminating the garage cost and the navigating-downtown-Las-Vegas-at-midnight problem entirely.
